“Dogs look up to us.” - Winston Churchill

Manny the flâneur is a six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. He was a show dog until his owner died in November 2017, and then Multiple Breed Rescue (MBR) in Elyria, Ohio took in Manny and his six brothers.

On February 27, I adopted Manny, who continues helping me finish up rolls of Tri-X [film]. MBR kindly gave me permission to use their color pictures of him.

Manny’s previous owner kept Manny and his brothers in kennels and crates. Until Multiple Breed Rescue fostered him in February, Manny had not lived in a home 24/7, and he did not spend much time outside.

While Manny has adjusted to living in a home, please send positive energy his way as he adjusts to life outside a kennel, and works to overcome his fear of loud noises and his apprehension about new people.

Thank you, and God bless you.
